Processing of personal data and consent to processing

1. Consent to the processing of personal data

By confirming your consent to the processing of personal data and sending a contact form, you agree that Data Diamond s.r.o., IČO: 04576594, with its registered office at Rybná 716/24, Old Town, 110 00 Praha 1, as the controller, processes the personal data you filled in the contact form, ie:

a) name,
b) email; and
c) the content of the inquiry

If you do not provide us with the above information, we cannot answer your question.

You can revoke this consent at any time by e-mail (e-mail address: info@datadiamond.cz) and your data will be erased. You can also contact us at our address.

2. Information about personal data processing and about your rights

In addition to the above-mentioned personal data, we also process cookies. You can change your consent to their processing in your browser settings.

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

a) The right to request access to your personal data - ie. that you can ask us what personal data we keep about you and what we do with them.

However, there may be other reasons that justify or oblige us to keep the data (such as an obligation under the Accounting Act, etc.) and in this case we cannot delete it.

e) Right to limit processing - in some cases we may store personal data, but we must not handle it in any way; the following situations are involved:

• i. If you deny the accuracy of the personal data and we need to verify your message;
• ii. If personal data is processed without authorization, but you do not want us to delete it and ask only to restrict processing;
• iii. If we no longer need personal data, but you ask us to keep it for your legal claims;
• iv. If you object to the processing until we have verified whether the personal data will continue to be processed in our important interest or will not be processed.

f) Right to data portability – you have the right to ask us to provide you with the personal data concerning you in structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You may also ask us to transmit those data to another controller. You can request it in case the ones who collected your personal data were us, and

• i. The processing is based on consent or on a contract, and
• ii. The processing is carried out by automated means.
• iii. Right to file a complaint - if you believe that we are in any way violating the rules on the processing of personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
